Firetruck

We all know that our favorite trucks are moving trucks painted with cow spots, we even have a moo-nitiative centered around our trucks.  If you haven’t heard about it, you can read more here: https://squarecowmovers.com/square-cows-moo-nitiative-campaign-just-say-moo/.  However, we know that the little calves are fascinated by all kinds of trucks.

Recent transplants to the Woodlands area may want to take their little ones to Touch-a-Truck this Saturday, February 23.  From 9AM to Noon at Rob Fleming Park your kids can interact with real trucks.  Munday Chevrolet is sponsoring this event where kids of all ages are encouraged to engage with all types of trucks by touching, climbing, going inside trucks and asking questions.  This is a great way to start off Saturday with your family, it won’t take too much of your time and is a free way to entertain your kiddos.  2013 Touch-a-Truck participant include: The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation, The Woodlands Fire Department, Waste Management, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Milstead Automotive, Tomball Independent School District Transportation Department, Cory Tactical, Department of Homeland Security – ICE, Waste Connections of Texas, Texas Department of Public Safety, Union Pacific, Performance Trucks , J.M. Smith Construction, Memorial Hermann, and the Brickman Group.  Kids will see all kinds of trucks from fire trucks to privately owned trucks to police cars.

Don’t forget about everyone’s favorite kind of a truck (a Square Cow Moving Truck), but you won’t hurt out feelings if you take your kids to see a diverse range of trucks at Touch-a-Truck! For more information: http://www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/index.aspx?NID=320
