Phenomenal service from both those I worked with on the phone, and of course the movers! I had Stephen and his team, and they took the utmost care of all of my items including my disabled mom’s medical equipment. They just didn’t drop things off-ensured my… things were in the correct rooms and unwrapped. They were careful not to hit any walls, floors, stairs, etc. I felt fully informed of all of my options, and how the costs worked (this was good as I was not sure how many trucks/team members I needed). I am not sure how they were so nice and accommodating considering my move was in one of the hottest days of the year, but they were. The most professional movers I’ve ever encountered. Walt even came by to ensure our satisfaction and we talked Austin BBQ. Very personable and delivered first class customer care and service, something you don’t get with typical movers (they bring a truck and… don’t care much about anything but loading and unloading). It’s quite obvious Walt and his partners empower their team with a pride in ownership of the job. And here is an example. I have an executive (heavy) office desk that would not fit into the room. We needed a mover at the last minute, a few days before Christmas. I found Square Cow Moovers through Google, and submitted a request for an estimate.
Andrew… contacted me within the hour after the submission. (A+++) He was courteous, professional, and worked everything out for us to have the move scheduled. Josephine and Jarvis were the fantastic crew that did the move for us. (Also A+++) They arrived when they were supposed to be there, worked quickly getting the items loaded, and getting them to us. Once they arrived to unload, they were so polite, professional, and personable! Very enjoyable to have them here to provide wonderful service. An aside: Jarvis found our debit card in the yard, where my husband had lost it. That was such a blessing! Thank you, Andrew, Josephine, and Jarvis! I wish I remembered the names of our two movers because they did a really great job- everything was moved quickly and carefully. We moved out of a large 1 bedroom apartment and into… our house in just over 3 hours (25 min apart), which ran us a bit over $500. The service price was still one of the lowest we were quoted, and the quality reviews about service were completely correct. Square Cow moved everything out of our old house and delivered it to our new house one city over. This was an 1800 square foot house with piano, hot tub, and a whole lot of books and bookcases.
They arrived promptly with a energetic, friendly crew… who all introduced themselves and were very polite throughout. Anthony (the team lead), Stephen, Brandon, Spencer, and Collin were all hard-working, friendly, and careful with our items.
We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place.

This company and their people are truly the best. I just had them get me moved from Austin to Wilmington NC. Kevin, manager, is friendly, professional, helpful, caring, responds quickly to questions. Chris and Kenny showed up on moving day and I felt as… though my best friends arrived. They were so helpful in so many ways, took great care with my furniture, friendly, respectful, worked very hard. Everything arrived safely in Wilmington, including my 100 year old cabinet with glass doors that my grandfather made. Circumstances changed after 7 weeks so I called Kevin, asking to get moved back to Austin as soon as possible. He had to juggle things around but made it happen 4 days later. My group came from the Spring location.
At the last minute I was suggested to try Square Cow Movers, I talked to them on Wednesday for a Saturday move but didn’t think they would be available but they were.
We had 20 years from our previous home… all in two storages (10×25 and a 10×20) while our new home was being built. They sent two trucks and 5 guys.
I called many places and was told the same amount of trucks and crew but the hours ranged from 7 hours to 12.5 hours. Chris G, Cedric, Johnathan, Dion, and Mike S came to work and they worked hard. From start to finish this crew did it all – packed, transferred and unpacked all in 6.75 hours what would have taken us days. Their prices were in the middle range (not the lowest but definitely no where near the highest).
My units were not the easiest to do because when packing your entire life there are a lot of things that just can’t go in boxes. When unloading they asked where everything went and made sure it went to the right rooms. We packed it all ourselves so I know how hard it was and I just couldn’t bring myself to unload it because it was so much

We used Square Cow this past week for an across-town move. We had a team of three guys come, and it took around seven hours from the time they left to come to our original house, until they left our new home. They were friendly and polite to us throughout… the process, taking time to ask questions about particular items, clarify directions we gave, and explain what they were doing along the way. We were in quite a quandary. We were moving from corpus to hutto towing my wife’s automobile and pets. We had a normal sized home but a ginormous garage workshop. I originally gave a 1 star review as one of the moving trucks blocked our place of business during a move the other day for a few hours.
I reported it to the management of Square Cow as the actual employees responsible for the move were not helpful with… our issue.
Since then, I received a call from the operations manager, and we were all surprised today at our clinic by the Operations Manager taking the time to come in to our place of business with a hand written apology note, Starbucks gift cards for our entire staff, and a box of Christmas candy.

Best moving experience I’ve had. I chose Square Cow because they don’t tack on a bunch of surprise fees like other moving companies in Austin. Ryan and Tony were super careful and super courteous. Awesome experience. Will definitely use them again!

Amazing experience with Square Cow Movers South Austin! From the initial call to the end of the move, the entire experience was handled professionally. I called for a same-day local move, and Xavier and Ryan arrived within a few hours. They worked quickly but… still took the time to carefully wrap the fragile items and came equipped with everything (furniture pads, dollies, wrap, all the things I didn’t have). Everything arrived perfectly, and they even went out of their way to troubleshoot and get a couch into a space that barely fit. Professional, friendly, and communicated every step of the way. Square Cow Movers is an amazing, professional and top notch moving company. Their pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. I used them to move a friend’s things from one apartment to a storage facility and then to the new apartment 3 weeks later. I… called so many times with various questions and also needing to change move dates because of move-in delays. They were kind and courteous and always assured me that everything was okay and they were fine rescheduling at no extra fee. They really know how to ease a person’s stress during the moving process! The movers were on time, upbeat, fast yet careful in moving and did a great job disassembling and reassembling the bed and recliner chair. They were very careful in moving 2 flat screen TV’s. Nothing was broken. They even helped take large garbage bags to the dumpster! I highly recommend them!read more

Great service. The team was running a little late but they communicated effectively and let us know when they anticipated being there. Once they arrived they were courteous to my family and respectful with our belongings. The team worked efficiently and… unloaded a 26 foot truck like they got paid by the job not by the hour.
