Not only were the driver able to come 30 minutes early but Eddy, Sebastian, and Colby were absolutely professional in their work. Very humorous while working.… Seemed to love their job. Each mover was very polite and careful when moving furniture into the truck and into our new apartment.
Reason for choosing Square Cow Movers was 75% based on price. 25% based on customer service when calling about information and getting a quote. I don’t remember the name of the girl who gave me the information but she was very delightful. Also very humorous when she found out the the address we were moving from was literally right down the road from where the lot was on South Manchaca Rd.
I will highly recommend to anyone who is planning a move to a new home or office that they should call Square Cow Movers to do the job.

Those three worked tirelessly packing up and showed up at our new home right behind us. They placed all our items where we wanted them, a couple items more than once ;), all with the most helpful, cheerful attitudes (really, how can you travel 1200 miles and then unpack 2 trucks working til 11 at night and still be considerate? Andrew… contacted me within the hour after the submission. (A+++) He was courteous, professional, and worked everything out for us to have the move scheduled. Josephine and Jarvis were the fantastic crew that did the move for us. (Also A+++) They arrived when they were supposed to be there, worked quickly getting the items loaded, and getting them to us. Once they arrived to unload, they were so polite, professional, and personable! Very enjoyable to have them here to provide wonderful service. Good movers. Always bring two trucks at no extra charge. Lift everything, never drag across floor. No scratches on floor and minimal dings on walls that can be fixed with a little paint. Strong guys who work well together. Quick and thorough. Will use again.

My group came from the Spring location.
At the last minute I was suggested to try Square Cow Movers, I talked to them on Wednesday for a Saturday move but didn’t think they would be available but they were.
We had 20 years from our previous home… all in two storages (10×25 and a 10×20) while our new home was being built. They sent two trucks and 5 guys.
I called many places and was told the same amount of trucks and crew but the hours ranged from 7 hours to 12.5 hours. Chris G, Cedric, Johnathan, Dion, and Mike S came to work and they worked hard. From start to finish this crew did it all – packed, transferred and unpacked all in 6.75 hours what would have taken us days. Their prices were in the middle range (not the lowest but definitely no where near the highest).
My units were not the easiest to do because when packing your entire life there are a lot of things that just can’t go in boxes. When unloading they asked where everything went and made sure it went to the right rooms. We packed it all ourselves so I know how hard it was and I just couldn’t bring myself to unload it because it was so much

We used Square Cow this past week for an across-town move. We had a team of three guys come, and it took around seven hours from the time they left to come to our original house, until they left our new home. They were friendly and polite to us throughout… the process, taking time to ask questions about particular items, clarify directions we gave, and explain what they were doing along the way. They protected doorways and stair railings and the furniture items themselves. They all seemed to get along great and have fun working together, which made the whole day seem a lot nicer. All of our items arrived in their proper place in our new home, intact and damage-free. It was money well spent for the service we received, and we would hire them again anytime (though certainly we are hoping to NEVER move again – ha!).read more

We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place.

I reported it to the management of Square Cow as the actual employees responsible for the move were not helpful with… our issue.
Since then, I received a call from the operations manager, and we were all surprised today at our clinic by the Operations Manager taking the time to come in to our place of business with a hand written apology note, Starbucks gift cards for our entire staff, and a box of Christmas candy.

No job is too small for Square Cow Movers! We hired them to unload my brother’s UHUAL who moved from AZ to TX. We agreed on a two hour contract. The movers were about 30 minutes late due to road blocks, but they still moved boxes for 2 hours and not 1.5… hours. They actually stayed an extra 20-30 minutes to just finish the job and clean up so my brother won’t have to break his back. I am very impressed with the customer service and they didn’t try to add any fee on top of the amount that was agreed. I really want to say THANK YOU, Rick and Ricardo for taking care of my brother (didn’t just leave him after the time is up) and made his move to his apt so pleasant. Used them to have belongings moved to two different storage units. They called that they were en route and would be there in about 50 minutes. Arrived and after showing what I would like done, they went right to work. Robert Harris and Melvin Haywood were… the two gentleman and they worked fast but careful. The most professional movers I’ve ever encountered. Walt even came by to ensure our satisfaction and we talked Austin BBQ. Very personable and delivered first class customer care and service, something you don’t get with typical movers (they bring a truck and… don’t care much about anything but loading and unloading). It’s quite obvious Walt and his partners empower their team with a pride in ownership of the job. And here is an example. I have an executive (heavy) office desk that would not fit into the room. The guys didn’t give up … they found a workaround. Travis, Bobbie and Nick moved the desk through the front window of the room. Excellent service and would never have expected such. We have used Square Cow Movers on three different moves and each time, they have done an outstanding job. The two Sebastian’s that moved us this past weekend, November 3, were fantastic. We have moved about 10 times during our marriage & Square Cow was by far the friendliest & cheeriest. It took the 4 men 12 hours & 2 trucks to… get us moved. I was completely exhausted by the time they left. They’re the ones who worked their butts off & they had to be wiped out but all 4 were just as nice & friendly as when they arrived that morning. This crew was awesome! Managed to make an awful situation that occurred with another mover turn out to be a good one. The crew to ask for is Paul (lead), Daniel, Samuel, Eric, Fletcher and Chris…these guys took care of our things. Moved boxes and furniture… around when we could tell it didn’t fit.
