From the beginning things were smoother than any other company I’ve worked with. The customer service rep guided me through the cost, booking, etc. and even assisted in booking packing help. The day of move: Walter, Ryan, Paul, and Harold were excellent… during our move on 7/8/24. They were respectful of the property, efficient, and even had us laughing. After 13 hours with them, I recommend Square Cow and the four guys to anyone! Walter, the head mover, walked us through every detail of the move and how the day would go. He asked though questions which helped set the expectations on our end. I have moved on average every two years for the past 13 years, and this is the first time we haven’t had something break. Square Cow moved everything out of our old house and delivered it to our new house one city over. This was an 1800 square foot house with piano, hot tub, and a whole lot of books and bookcases.
They arrived promptly with a energetic, friendly crew… who all introduced themselves and were very polite throughout. Anthony (the team lead), Stephen, Brandon, Spencer, and Collin were all hard-working, friendly, and careful with our items.
We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place.

I originally gave a 1 star review as one of the moving trucks blocked our place of business during a move the other day for a few hours.
I reported it to the management of Square Cow as the actual employees responsible for the move were not helpful with… our issue.
Since then, I received a call from the operations manager, and we were all surprised today at our clinic by the Operations Manager taking the time to come in to our place of business with a hand written apology note, Starbucks gift cards for our entire staff, and a box of Christmas candy.

We had Spencer and Brandon help load our uhaul trailer up this past Saturday! They were the most professional polite young men you could ask for!!! They had to climb 3 flights of stairs and had a smile on their face! We needed a mover at the last minute, a few days before Christmas. I found Square Cow Moovers through Google, and submitted a request for an estimate.
Andrew… contacted me within the hour after the submission. (A+++) He was courteous, professional, and worked everything out for us to have the move scheduled. Josephine and Jarvis were the fantastic crew that did the move for us. (Also A+++) They arrived when they were supposed to be there, worked quickly getting the items loaded, and getting them to us. Once they arrived to unload, they were so polite, professional, and personable! Very enjoyable to have them here to provide wonderful service. An aside: Jarvis found our debit card in the yard, where my husband had lost it. That was such a blessing! Thank you, Andrew, Josephine, and Jarvis! Kai, Justin, and DJ worked with me yesterday to move the entirety of my third floor, 800 sq foot apartment into my new house. Despite the stairs being a huge pain and it being a fairly warm day, the guys had great attitudes and worked efficiently to get me… into my new space as quickly as possible. Their spirits honestly made the day way more fun than I’ve ever had moving. All of my stuff made it in great condition, and they were very careful to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. Very personable and delivered first class customer care and service, something you don’t get with typical movers (they bring a truck and… don’t care much about anything but loading and unloading). My group came from the Spring location.
At the last minute I was suggested to try Square Cow Movers, I talked to them on Wednesday for a Saturday move but didn’t think they would be available but they were.
We had 20 years from our previous home… all in two storages (10×25 and a 10×20) while our new home was being built. They sent two trucks and 5 guys.
I called many places and was told the same amount of trucks and crew but the hours ranged from 7 hours to 12.5 hours. Chris G, Cedric, Johnathan, Dion, and Mike S came to work and they worked hard. From start to finish this crew did it all – packed, transferred and unpacked all in 6.75 hours what would have taken us days. Their prices were in the middle range (not the lowest but definitely no where near the highest).
My units were not the easiest to do because when packing your entire life there are a lot of things that just can’t go in boxes. When unloading they asked where everything went and made sure it went to the right rooms. We packed it all ourselves so I know how hard it was and I just couldn’t bring myself to unload it because it was so much

No job is too small for Square Cow Movers! We hired them to unload my brother’s UHUAL who moved from AZ to TX. We agreed on a two hour contract. The movers were about 30 minutes late due to road blocks, but they still moved boxes for 2 hours and not 1.5… hours. They actually stayed an extra 20-30 minutes to just finish the job and clean up so my brother won’t have to break his back. I am very impressed with the customer service and they didn’t try to add any fee on top of the amount that was agreed. We moved on April 7th 2018. Our appointment time was set between 4 pm and 8 pm for the move.
Not only were the driver able to come 30 minutes early but Eddy, Sebastian, and Colby were absolutely professional in their work. Very humorous while working.… Seemed to love their job. Each mover was very polite and careful when moving furniture into the truck and into our new apartment.
Reason for choosing Square Cow Movers was 75% based on price. 25% based on customer service when calling about information and getting a quote. I don’t remember the name of the girl who gave me the information but she was very delightful. Also very humorous when she found out the the address we were moving from was literally right down the road from where the lot was on South Manchaca Rd.
I will highly recommend to anyone who is planning a move to a new home or office that they should call Square Cow Movers to do the job.
