Great service. The team was running a little late but they communicated effectively and let us know when they anticipated being there. Once they arrived they were courteous to my family and respectful with our belongings. The team worked efficiently and… unloaded a 26 foot truck like they got paid by the job not by the hour. Square Cow moved everything out of our old house and delivered it to our new house one city over. This was an 1800 square foot house with piano, hot tub, and a whole lot of books and bookcases.
They arrived promptly with a energetic, friendly crew… who all introduced themselves and were very polite throughout. Anthony (the team lead), Stephen, Brandon, Spencer, and Collin were all hard-working, friendly, and careful with our items.
We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place.

They arrived promptly with a energetic, friendly crew… who all introduced themselves and were very polite throughout. Anthony (the team lead), Stephen, Brandon, Spencer, and Collin were all hard-working, friendly, and careful with our items.
We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place.

They were very professional, polite and courteous and asked all kinds of questions about where and how we wanted things moved which we so appreciated. The most professional movers I’ve ever encountered. Walt even came by to ensure our satisfaction and we talked Austin BBQ. Very personable and delivered first class customer care and service, something you don’t get with typical movers (they bring a truck and… don’t care much about anything but loading and unloading). It’s quite obvious Walt and his partners empower their team with a pride in ownership of the job. And here is an example. I have an executive (heavy) office desk that would not fit into the room. The guys didn’t give up … they found a workaround. Travis, Bobbie and Nick moved the desk through the front window of the room. Excellent service and would never have expected such. We had 20 years from our previous home… all in two storages (10×25 and a 10×20) while our new home was being built. They sent two trucks and 5 guys.
I called many places and was told the same amount of trucks and crew but the hours ranged from 7 hours to 12.5 hours. Chris G, Cedric, Johnathan, Dion, and Mike S came to work and they worked hard. From start to finish this crew did it all – packed, transferred and unpacked all in 6.75 hours what would have taken us days. Their prices were in the middle range (not the lowest but definitely no where near the highest).
My units were not the easiest to do because when packing your entire life there are a lot of things that just can’t go in boxes. When unloading they asked where everything went and made sure it went to the right rooms. We packed it all ourselves so I know how hard it was and I just couldn’t bring myself to unload it because it was so much

No job is too small for Square Cow Movers! We hired them to unload my brother’s UHUAL who moved from AZ to TX. We agreed on a two hour contract. The movers were about 30 minutes late due to road blocks, but they still moved boxes for 2 hours and not 1.5… hours. They actually stayed an extra 20-30 minutes to just finish the job and clean up so my brother won’t have to break his back. I am very impressed with the customer service and they didn’t try to add any fee on top of the amount that was agreed. I called in a panic because the other movers I had booked (who had moved my things from my prior home and into storage who were supposed to move things 2 weeks later from storage to my new home) completely lost my second reservation. I called Square Cow not… even 48 hours before I needed to move. AG helped me on the phone. She was kind and sympathetic to my panic. Miraculously, my area was their only area not booked so she set everything up for me immediately. I got email and phone confirmations. The guys showed up on time, moved super quick, handled my things with care, and couldn’t have been more awesome and professional. Despite working as long as the other crew for the first leg of the move, they were less than half the price as the other guys. Price did not matter to me at this point, but I couldn’t believe it. Just about everything with this move over the last few months has been awful. But Square Cow fixed so much for us. I hope to not move for a long time, but I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know who is moving!read more

Amazing service from Rick, Wes, Tim and Marty! My move was just from one apartment building to the one next to it, but there were three flights of stairs at both places. And I had some pretty heavy furniture. The team was right on time. They were all friendly… and courteous. And they worked really hard and quickly!
