Amazing experience with Square Cow Movers South Austin! From the initial call to the end of the move, the entire experience was handled professionally. I called for a same-day local move, and Xavier and Ryan arrived within a few hours. They worked quickly but… still took the time to carefully wrap the fragile items and came equipped with everything (furniture pads, dollies, wrap, all the things I didn’t have). Everything arrived perfectly, and they even went out of their way to troubleshoot and get a couch into a space that barely fit. Professional, friendly, and communicated every step of the way. I originally gave a 1 star review as one of the moving trucks blocked our place of business during a move the other day for a few hours.
I reported it to the management of Square Cow as the actual employees responsible for the move were not helpful with… our issue.
Since then, I received a call from the operations manager, and we were all surprised today at our clinic by the Operations Manager taking the time to come in to our place of business with a hand written apology note, Starbucks gift cards for our entire staff, and a box of Christmas candy.
I am blown away by the care shown by Square Cow Movers in responding to my complaint. Customer Service goes a long way with me and they hit it out of the park today….thank you for showing that you care very much about your reputation.read more

Square Cow moved everything out of our old house and delivered it to our new house one city over. This was an 1800 square foot house with piano, hot tub, and a whole lot of books and bookcases.
They arrived promptly with a energetic, friendly crew… who all introduced themselves and were very polite throughout. Anthony (the team lead), Stephen, Brandon, Spencer, and Collin were all hard-working, friendly, and careful with our items.
We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place.
I was worried about hiring movers, as I’ve had some bad experiences before with movers who were surly, not careful, or could barely communicate– but Square Cow changed my attitude on that; they were great!read more

Today Mr Steve, Chris and Roberto moved my family out of a 2200 sq foot home into our forever home. Our experience with Square Cow Movers has been professional, organized and friendly from beginning to end. I appreciate the southern hospitality of yes ma’am… no ma’am. We also loved the fact that Mr Steve has been with the company for a long time. It reflects loyalty and a good company culture. Chris was so nice and personable- his talent in taking things apart and putting them back together- even electronics was greatly appreciated. Roberto definitely got his steps in going up and down the stairs, but still kept a smile on his face. I am so glad we entrusted our belongings to these gentlemen. They took great care in wrapping our furniture and graciously let me keep the plastic wrap to take to heb flexible plastic recycling. We highly recommend this team! They knew exactly how to wrap and protect the furniture, including heavy furniture from upstairs. We needed a mover at the last minute, a few days before Christmas. I found Square Cow Moovers through Google, and submitted a request for an estimate.
Andrew… contacted me within the hour after the submission. (A+++) He was courteous, professional, and worked everything out for us to have the move scheduled. Josephine and Jarvis were the fantastic crew that did the move for us. (Also A+++) They arrived when they were supposed to be there, worked quickly getting the items loaded, and getting them to us. Once they arrived to unload, they were so polite, professional, and personable! Very enjoyable to have them here to provide wonderful service. An aside: Jarvis found our debit card in the yard, where my husband had lost it. That was such a blessing! Thank you, Andrew, Josephine, and Jarvis! We were in quite a quandary. We were moving from corpus to hutto towing my wife’s automobile and pets. We had a normal sized home but a ginormous garage workshop. We faced the potential of having to wait for Chris and Julius to load up their truck and… then cart what they couldn’t get back to a storage unit .I talked to Chris and Julius about our quandry and they promised they would get it in one load. They were amazing, it was like watching Tetris Jedi masters. Great communication, they took care of our stuff even though they were having to strap some items to the walls. We moved on April 7th 2018. Our appointment time was set between 4 pm and 8 pm for the move.
Not only were the driver able to come 30 minutes early but Eddy, Sebastian, and Colby were absolutely professional in their work. Very humorous while working.… Seemed to love their job. Each mover was very polite and careful when moving furniture into the truck and into our new apartment.
Reason for choosing Square Cow Movers was 75% based on price. 25% based on customer service when calling about information and getting a quote. I don’t remember the name of the girl who gave me the information but she was very delightful. Also very humorous when she found out the the address we were moving from was literally right down the road from where the lot was on South Manchaca Rd.
I will highly recommend to anyone who is planning a move to a new home or office that they should call Square Cow Movers to do the job.

We used Square Cow this past week for an across-town move. We had a team of three guys come, and it took around seven hours from the time they left to come to our original house, until they left our new home. They were friendly and polite to us throughout… the process, taking time to ask questions about particular items, clarify directions we gave, and explain what they were doing along the way. They protected doorways and stair railings and the furniture items themselves. They all seemed to get along great and have fun working together, which made the whole day seem a lot nicer. All of our items arrived in their proper place in our new home, intact and damage-free. At the last minute I was suggested to try Square Cow Movers, I talked to them on Wednesday for a Saturday move but didn’t think they would be available but they were.
We had 20 years from our previous home… all in two storages (10×25 and a 10×20) while our new home was being built. They sent two trucks and 5 guys.
I called many places and was told the same amount of trucks and crew but the hours ranged from 7 hours to 12.5 hours. Chris G, Cedric, Johnathan, Dion, and Mike S came to work and they worked hard. From start to finish this crew did it all – packed, transferred and unpacked all in 6.75 hours what would have taken us days. Their prices were in the middle range (not the lowest but definitely no where near the highest).
My units were not the easiest to do because when packing your entire life there are a lot of things that just can’t go in boxes. When unloading they asked where everything went and made sure it went to the right rooms. We packed it all ourselves so I know how hard it was and I just couldn’t bring myself to unload it because it was so much

The most professional movers I’ve ever encountered. Walt even came by to ensure our satisfaction and we talked Austin BBQ. Very personable and delivered first class customer care and service, something you don’t get with typical movers (they bring a truck and… don’t care much about anything but loading and unloading). It’s quite obvious Walt and his partners empower their team with a pride in ownership of the job. And here is an example. I have an executive (heavy) office desk that would not fit into the room. The guys didn’t give up … they found a workaround. Travis, Bobbie and Nick moved the desk through the front window of the room. Excellent service and would never have expected such. No job is too small for Square Cow Movers! We hired them to unload my brother’s UHUAL who moved from AZ to TX. We agreed on a two hour contract. The movers were about 30 minutes late due to road blocks, but they still moved boxes for 2 hours and not 1.5… hours. They actually stayed an extra 20-30 minutes to just finish the job and clean up so my brother won’t have to break his back. I am very impressed with the customer service and they didn’t try to add any fee on top of the amount that was agreed. I really want to say THANK YOU, Rick and Ricardo for taking care of my brother (didn’t just leave him after the time is up) and made his move to his apt so pleasant.
