I can’t praise this moving company enough!

I’m still shooketh from writing a dissertation, so apparently the research process permanently changed my brain. When it came time to move, I went into full deep research mode and spent a considerable amount of time investigating moving companies. By the end, I was TERRIFIED.

The horror stories were endless.

I learned terms like “hostage load,” where you’re quoted one price and then your belongings are essentially held hostage unless you pay more. Okay, “ransom” might be a little dramatic, but you get the point. 😂 Then there were stories of extensive damage, including one customer who shared photos of water damaged clothing and furniture. It just kept getting worse.

When two people I trust came back with the same moving company, that got my attention!

Then Noel showed up with what can only be described as angel like qualities. He was kind, understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent. He even told me he had heard similar moving horror stories just within the previous week.

What really stood out was the thoroughness. Noel photographed and documented everything during the in home estimate, which my research told me a reputable mover should do. Interestingly, the other companies I interviewed had not completed that same level of inventory assessment. And then came moving day. Shoutout to Dwayne, Ryan, and Elijah!

The professionalism and care were consistent from beginning to end. From Jacksonville, Florida, to Alpharetta, Georgia, these guys handled business. They took care of our belongings, communicated well, and helped make an incredibly stressful transition feel manageable.

My only regret? If we ever move again, I’m now in Georgia and may not be able to hire this Jacksonville crew!
