Happy New Year everyone! The last 12 months have been great for us here at Square Cow Movers. Growing was the trend this year as our business expanded all around. Here are just a few of the Square Cow Movers highlights from 2014!
We Relocated The Woodlands Office
Our office in The Woodlands was one of our first locations. After three great years of providing moving services in The Woodlands it was time to move due to development in the area. But it turned out to be a good change of pace, and we found a comparable office space with 5,000 square feet of space not far from the original location. We’ve been happily settled in now for nearly six months and business has never been better.
We Opened a Katy Office
The city of Katy is a charming community just outside of Houston that’s full of historic homes, landmarks and now a Katy Square Cow Movers office! We’re so happy to have the opportunity to serve this great town. We opened our doors in April with two moving trucks and a staff of local moving pros, and things have been great so far.
We Opened a South Austin Location
South Austin is one of the fastest growing areas of the metro, so we couldn’t think of a better place for our new Austin office. We took over the Johnny’s Autoplex car dealership, which was perfect for parking our trucks. The office addition makes it easier for us to serve our growing list of clients that are moving to south Austin, Buda and Kyle where the population is booming.
More Trucks!
We’ve picked up more moving jobs, which means we had to find a way to move more things. The solution – trucks! We added seven trucks this year bringing our grand total to 23. The newest moving machines feature sliding side walls and a huge amount of space. One of the new Square Cow Movers trucks was even a part of the Lakeway 39th Annual Fourth of July parade!
Yep, we got a lot accomplished this year. Heck, a few of our movers even got to meet UT’s head football coach Charlie Strong when they were moving a couple out of the house he was moving into. It’s been a great year, but we’re looking forward to an even better year in 2015!
