Families who have recently moved to the Woodlands area might be interested in checking out the National Charity League Garage Sale on Saturday, September 29. The garage sale will be held at the Robinson Road Community Center from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. At this garage sale you will find everything from clothing and sporting goods to house wares, furniture and small appliances. Over 100 families have donated items to be sold at this community garage sale. You just might find some treasures for your new home, or furniture that fits in your new space. The new home you moved to may be larger or have a slightly different layout than your former home, so you may find yourself needing to furnish an extra room, etc. At the end of the day you may end up with some new finds, but others will benefit from your thrifty shopping too! Proceeds from the garage sale will benefit underprivileged residents of Montgomery County. Admission to this event is free.
