North of Austin on I-35 is the not-so-sleepy Georgetown community. Home to Southwestern University, the oldest university in the southwest and the original University of Texas, but guess what? This is a growing community! Sure, Sun City, which is the next pasture over, is one of the largest retirement communities in the state of Texas, but there is a lot going on in this little slice of Austin, north of Austin. We have helped hundreds of folks set up and take down their pasture in Georgetown, both commercial and residential moves. Also, plenty of people who have retired, rustled the kids out into the world and are ready to downsize and relax, tend to call us when they choose Georgetown.
